Why do you need a business plan |
You may need a business plan for many reasons:
to raise new finance from a bank or venture capitalist or any other lending institution;
to qualify for government grants or other finance;
to assist in deciding whether to embark on a business venture;
to help you focus your efforts on the things you want your business to achieve.
We have helped our clients to prepare business plans in order to raise funds. These have
